We collect, check and chase every sub's certificate of insurance.
You forward certificates to one address. We check each one against your requirements, email your subs and their insurance agents about anything missing or expiring, and send you a clear report every month. No software to learn, no spreadsheet to keep.
One missing certificate can cost more than a year of tracking.
Audit surprises
When a sub can't prove coverage, your insurer can charge you premium for their payroll at your workers' comp and general liability audit.
Claims that land on you
If a sub's policy lapsed or never named you as additional insured, a loss on your job can end up on your policy and your loss history.
Hours of office time
Reading certificates, typing dates into a spreadsheet and chasing renewals takes hours every month, and it is the first task to slip when you are busy.
Set up online today. Your first report in two business days.
Everything happens by email and a short online form. You never need to schedule a call, though you are welcome to.

We take it from there

Baseline in 2 business days
Every line of the ACORD 25, against your rules.
Each certificate is read and checked against the requirements you set. Anything we can't read with confidence is reviewed by a person before it's logged. Point at a check to see where it lives on the form.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to talk to anyone to sign up?
No. Choose a plan, check out, fill in the requirements form and forward your certificates. We start as soon as the first certificates arrive. If you'd like to talk first, email us and we'll reply the same business day.
What do I actually have to do each month?
Very little. Tell new subs to send their certificate to your intake address, and read the monthly report. We only email you when a sub stops responding or something needs your decision, like whether a sub with a gap may start work.
Will you contact my subcontractors?
Yes, that's the point. We email them and their insurance agents on your behalf, politely and professionally, as your company's certificate desk. You can see every message we send.
Do you give insurance advice?
No. We are not an insurance agency and don't sell insurance. We check certificates against the requirements you set. Your own insurance agent advises on what those requirements should be.
What formats do you accept?
PDFs, scans and phone photos of ACORD 25 certificates, plus endorsement pages. Forward them in any combination, even many in one email.
What if a certificate is wrong or a sub never responds?
We request a corrected certificate from the sub's agent and follow up until it's fixed. If a sub doesn't respond after our follow-ups, we flag it to you so you can decide whether they keep working.
Is my information secure?
Certificates are stored with access limited to you and the Peak COI team, and used only to track compliance. We never sell or share your data. See our privacy policy.
How does billing and cancelling work?
Plans bill monthly by card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing page; cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep a full export of your records.
Where do you work?
We're based in Colorado Springs and serve contractors and property managers anywhere in the US. Everything is handled by email, so location doesn't matter.
