Thanks for signing up. Here's everything you need to do, and nothing needs a phone call.
We've emailed a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout. Open it, then check the insurance requirements we'll hold your subs to. If you don't have the numbers handy, your insurance agent or the insurance section of your subcontract will.
No email after a few minutes? Check spam, or use the sign-in page to send a new link.
Your account has its own intake address, shown on your dashboard (it looks like yourcompany@certs.peakcoi.com). Forward every current certificate there: PDFs, scans or phone photos, as many per email as you like. You can also upload them from the dashboard.
Then add one line to your subcontractor onboarding and purchase orders:
What happens next
- Within 2 business days of receiving your certificates, every sub's status shows on your dashboard.
- The same week we start emailing subs and their agents about anything missing, wrong or expiring.
- Every month you get a compliance report by email. Add teammates as owners or view-only users from the Team page.
