Privacy policy

What we collect
- Your contact and billing details (billing is processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers).
- Certificates of insurance and related documents you or your subcontractors send us, and the business contact details they contain.
- Emails exchanged with you, your subcontractors and their insurance agents about compliance.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: reviewing certificates, contacting subcontractors and agents on your behalf, and reporting to you. We use AI tools to read documents; anything uncertain is reviewed by a person.
What we never do
We never sell your data or your subcontractors' data, and never use it for marketing to them.
Retention and deletion
We keep records while you are a client and delete them within 60 days of cancellation unless you ask us to keep them. You can request a copy or deletion at any time.
